Shipping
We are pleased to announce that ECOfuture offsets the CO2 emissions generated from shipping our products through a donation to the Carbonfund.org Foundation. For more information on CarbonfreeTM shipping and how it is calculated, please go to www.carbonfund.org.
Our standard shipping policy is as follows:
All orders placed Monday through Thursday before 5 PM EST time are shipped within 48 hours.
All orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped out the following Monday (assuming no holiday).
We currently can only ship to Continental US residences.
*Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays.
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. Using FedEx significantly reduces the chances of our light bulbs being damaged in transit. FedEx also offers much more accurate and reliable tracking services, as well as extremely timely delivery.
* Please note: All orders shipped within Ohio are subject to Ohio sales tax, including shipping and handling charges.
